Number 3. Of course, there’s no art of the Void Dragon, aside from fan made nonsense. Which this is. Seeing as how the Void Dragon is basically the king of technology and the singular source for the entirety of what the Imperium is today (with a helping hand from The Mary Sue of Mankind himself), I figured, hey… he should look teched out. I imagine if allegiance-themed Necrons ever did come out, he’d just be a Destroyer Lord with a slightly different staff, or something.I messed up a lot coloring this, but I’d been at it all day long and really didn’t care, as it was a Sunday with Monday classes looming at around midnight.I like the idea of a Necron unit having spyder-legs. (Why do they spell it with a “y?”) I think it’s been done here and there, but I still like it. Necrons lack visceral feeling behind their units. When you look at a Necron you never think, “That would hurt.” You just think, “Oh, a robot.” Seeing as how the Void Dragon is the most powerful of the C’Tan, it seems fitting that a Necron Lord that adheres to the same doctrine would be more oriented around expensive, overwhelming upgrades. And being a badass himself.
