If Flower were anthropomorphic, I would imagine him as a very cute, shy and friendly young hillbilly; always with bare feet but well cared for, and the target of the other hillbillies who torture them in a thousand ways.

In the same way I also imagine Bambi and Thumper as very friendly and barefoot young hillbillies.
