During WW1 brazil was leaned to the side of the allies and was helping them out in that regard. During the 1920’s not much as happened by 1930 however the Vargas regime era began during the beginning of the depression. The Brazilian Revolution of 1930 marked the end of the First Brazilian Republic and began Brazils provisional give from 1930 to 1934 & 1937 to the Brazils’ Estado Novo which lasted as the second to third Brazilian republic until Vargas’s dénouement in 1946. During the 1930’s Vargas tried to get brazil’s economy running under his quasi-totalitarian rule.
