There are still old cities where shuvalla flock to in large numbers where the culture of the old times still prevail. These cities use lots of old world tech, and are usually surrounded by large concentrations of tribes. While the old cities do contain a large shuvallan population, tribal shuvalla are still far more common across the planet. Cultural and social differences cause some issues between city and tribal shuvalla, where the city dwelling shuvalla think themselves to be more civilized, and the tribal shuvalla think themselves more pure and in tune with the world. Despite these differences however, the tribes and the cities trade with each other quite often.  
This map is of course not to scale, and many more old cities and tribes exist around the planet, in deserts, jungles, forests and snow lands.
