First vector, mark 4!
This is passable.
EDIT: Updated Hashbang image with wings and hair highlights.
EDIT 2: Redid the face.
EDIT 3: The size was getting to me, so I made him shorter.
EDIT 4: Made the neck thicker, made #! overall shorter and other minor changes.
EDIT 5: redid his cutie mark to what it is now, it also makes a good menu button.
