Description:  
This is one of the art experiments I did for Freedom Planet 2. Lilac’s initial art style received the most complains from the fans, their feedback was taken into the experiment. Most of those suggestions were good points.
 
Although the shading looks different than the final version, this one has a few key changes that reflects the later direction: 1) a more realistic body proportion; 2) deeper skin color; 3) more detailed and leans more to the anime side; 4) more powerful line force flows.
