This lil guy is from an anime show called “Wan Wan Celeb Soreyuke! Tetsunoshin” (Bow Wow Celebrity Poodle Let’s Go! Tetsunoshin). It’s about a toy poodle named Tetsunoshin who’s owned by the Inuyama family. They move from rural Japan to the luxurious Hoppongi Hills (based on Roppongi Hills) but the company that the father owns is on the verge of becoming bankrupt, alongside a few other financial issues that the family is dealing with. So it’s up to little Tetsunoshin to team up with a few other Hills dogs to find a way to save the Inuyama’s expenses.

I’ve seen a few episodes of the show and I find it to be kinda strange at times but the character designs to be really cute.
