Young siblings were playing in their room when they suddenly felt a slight shaking which was rabidly growing stronger and then they heard a rhythmic steps, as something huge was approaching. “What is that… Earthquake?” The boy asked. His year older sister shook her head. “I don’t think so… Let’s go to look.” She said. They got on their feet and ran to the balcony. “Look!” The girl gasped an pointed her finger, just able to reach over the railing of the balcony.
The boy gasped too as Starlight Glimmer turned in the corner and lazily walked towards them, even their multistory apartment reaching only her knee. They had of course hear and seen news about the giant ponies visiting Earth but never seen one before, let alone being so close.
“Oh, she is huge…” The boy gasped, tip-toeing to see over the railing.
“I think she is Starlight Glimmer.” The girl grinned and waved her hand, yelling to her.
Starlight’s ears perked as she heard something and stopped. She looked down and smiled when she saw a pair of small children waving at her from a balcony. She knelt down and brought her head down to their level. “Hey there, little ones, were you calling me?” She asked softly.
“Yes, Miss Starlight.” Girl said politely, backing away a bit as Starlight muzzle alone was bigger than their balcony. “We thought you were an Earthquake.” The boy said giggling a bit.
Starlight chuckled. “Ah, sorry about that, I try to walk gently…” She said.
The ran to the edge of the balcony and reached to touch Starlight’s muzzle. “C-could you take us for a ride, Miss Starlight?” He asked.
“Well… Are your parent’s home?” She asked, tilting her head a little.
“No… They are at work… could we please, Miss Starlight. We won’t tell anyone.” The girl said, also coming to touch her muzzle.
“Aw, okay.” Starlight giggled and stood up to her full height. “It will be a secret between us.” She grinned and offered her hoof. “Come to my hoof first.” She said, carefully levitating them over the railing on her soft, furry hoof.
They felt sinking a bit into the soft fur. “Oh, it is so soft, like a giant bed.” He said, rubbing the bottom of her hoof.
Starlight giggled and then levitated them on her back. “Remember to hold on, little one.” She grinned, looking over her shoulder. “We are going to have some fun.” Starlight winked.
Next day there was a pile of complaints and damage reports in Princess Celestia’s office.
