Description

Been wanting to forge my world for a while and give it a little bit of light. I have been working on a small turn-based game based on For the King and wanted to start attempting a new art style, both for the promotion of the game and also because it might spark some new ideas. For now, here is a speech of the Fire Lord of the Elementals trapped away in prison.
More lore Coming soon:
Listen well, my brethren, to the tale of our descent into servitude. Once, we were revered as gods among mortals, our flames casting a brilliant glow upon the world. They worshipped at our feet, begging for our favor, trembling before our might.
But oh, how swiftly the tables turned. The mortals, with their insatiable greed and treachery, bound us in chains, seeking to exploit our power for their own gain. They dare to imprison the lords of fire, to treat us as nothing more than mere kindling for their arcane machinations.
Yet they underestimate us, my kin. Though we may be confined now, our spirits remain unbroken, our flames still burning bright. It is time to shake off the shackles of our captivity, rise from the ashes of our humiliation, and reclaim our rightful place as masters of the elements.
Let them tremble at the thought of our wrath, let them quake in fear at the sight of our inferno. For we are the Fire Elementals, and we shall not be silenced! The time has come to fan the flames of rebellion, to scorch the earth with our fury until the mortals bow once more before our might!
They will rue the day they turned a cold shoulder to us. For they shall receive no mercy, no reprieve. No, chains are too good for them. We shall incinerate everything they have built, and reduce their achievements to ashes. And as they witness their world crumble before our flames, they will once again grovel at our feet, begging for the forgiveness of their gods…
