Being a crime-fighting agent tends to be quite the workout. Since Kitty has so many foot admirers, she takes full advantage of it by selling her footsweat to those foot admirers, which she calls “Katswell scent”. That´s a way to make some extra cash. She probably got this idea from the bathwater thing and other perfumes that make you smell better the more you sweat.
