Very few beginning artists have any way to digitize their art other than to take a photo with their phone, which it appears this artist has done.
Perhaps as the years go by their skill will improve greatly, and they will be inspired to make magnificent works of art.
In the meantime, they draw and share their art. And that is in and of itself wonderful and I hope they will continue to do so, for their works are very welcome here.
It is perfectly fine if you prefer to only see more polished works of art. As has already been suggested, you may achieve this by adding this artist's tag to your filters.
