Description
From the artist:
The Thea Sisters are characters from Italian youth educational books created by Elisabetta Dami and published by Edizioni Piemme and Atlantyca S.p.A in Milano. The Thea Sisters are five girls (Paulina, Colette, Violet. Nicky and Pamela) who travel all over the world and solve investigations.
Paulina is a girl from Cuzco, Peru. Colette is French and lives in Paris when she comes from Arles in Provence. Violet is from China and her parents are a known conductor and singer. Nicky is Australian and lives on a ranch in the bush. Finally Pamela is of Tanzanian origin but she was born in New York.
This drawing is directly inspired by an official picture (with some personal modifications, moreover they were dressed on the original pic not in swimsuits) that represented the group of Thea Sisters on a pink gradient background. This image was created for the homepage of the Italian website of Tea Sisters around 2007 by Edizioni Piemme and Atlantyca SpA, All rights reserved.
Unfortunately the picture wasn’t signed, so I don’t know the identity of the artist who made it originally despite the mails I sent to artists who worked for the books of Thea Stilton and Edizioni Piemme publishing house.
So, not knowing the artist from the original pic, On my drawing I wrote the sentence below to respect the copyright..
This drawing was made by taking model on an official picture of the Thea Stilton license, owned by Elisabetta Dami, Edizioni Piemme and Atlantyca S.p.A Milano. All rights reserved. This drawing is inspired by the design of these characters present in this series of books.

I’ve always loved this picture, which was unfortunately not available in high resolution, it was after all a picture for the background of the main page of a website. Since this picture in question no longer exists because the website of the Thea Sisters has undergone a complete overhaul. So I told myself that if I wanted it in good quality, I could redraw it myself,
