11” x 14” graphite pencil 2H, HB, and 6B was all I had.
Ouch!!!
Some of you have been wondering where I’ve been. Well this is where. It’s pretty much the first personal piece I’ve done in 30 some years.
When I started this, I wanted to do something Art Nouveau but ended up with something only art nouveau-ish. A couple classic Mucha elements and I then just went with the flow. Kinda happy with it though.
I hadn’t used graphite in almost 3 years and then not to this extent. Had to learn how those things worked again. Wish I had some do-overs.
I will be picking at her for a couple more days.
