Description
The more important birds wear heavier cloaks that impede flight. They’re so fancy they can make others do stuff for them, so they don’t need to move around much.
The even more important birds go as far as to wear hoods that cover their eyes. They don’t even need to see, they’re so fancy. And letting strangers see your eyes is gauche, anyway.
The most important birds carry around a bunch of light-specks on their person as an ostentatious display of fanciness.
The most important of all important birds always carry a light-speck in their beak, too. They can have others do their speaking for them, such is their level of fanciness.
