A lesser-known friend of Sonic who, alongside Ray the Flying Squirrel, was once imprisoned by Dr. Eggman on a trap-laden island. Generally peaceful in nature, Mighty loves to travel, and while he’s not really fond of violence, he’s got strength to spare if the need for it arises. Mighty’s hard shell grants him endurance from most attacks, including spikes, and when he curls into a ball, he can slam down onto the ground, able to clear away rubble from below. Mighty and Ray have since become good buddies not unlike how Sonic and Tails are. Both were out of action for a long time, but eventually made a comeback in Sonic Mania Plus.
