You’re welcome. This was something I often worked on over at Derpi, and you can see a whole gallery of images where I found sources and fixed tags. I plan to do the same here as best as I can!

Well, your ping made me look a little harder, and this time I found something.  
Your proposals are nice, but that’s not the name I had for the artist. So I had my doubts.
 
Seeing the comment, the image was related to 4chan, I kept digging where I stopped. And I came across a page on the EQD  
website (source 26), which had posted the image.  
The source indicates this page. But the author deleted his account.  
I found the page in the webarchive, and I saw something in common.
 
Your Furafinity link and the DA page I found shows that the image was posted on the same day, November 11, 2011.  
But it’s not the same nickname for both, AND different from the one I knew.

So I don’t know what the artist’s real name is, but he deleted all his accounts.  
I’m going to put the FA page, since it’s still visible.
