Not as easy as it looks.
I also remember getting way into the saturated colors for eyes. There’s something deeply satisfying about that color method; it really feels like it brings the eyes forward somewhat, makes them more ‘vivid.’ Maybe I’m just a sucker for the slit pupil, who knows?
