Sorry furry fans, but every now and then I just get the urge to draw certain characters as their human counterparts… it is a curse.
Lol, just another random sketch really… my sketchbook devoted to everything to do with my ‘Sweeney project’ is full of such things. Sweeney Todd and Mrs Lovett demanded to be human for a while, so I obliged. Actually, sometimes it helps with figuring out a character’s personality a little better, so, yes, I guess it’s a positive thing to draw them in this way.
Hmm… anyway, here they are, the infamous partners in crime. I mentioned before that they have a love-hate relationship. He might be smiling in his wily way because he knows something she doesn’t… and she might just be grumpy at having to endure his company… and his laugh. :evillaugh:
*Edit: And yes chaps, he does squint! According to the original Penny Dreadful; “Mr Todd squinted a little to add to his charms…” Peace. ;)
