Launch made a wish from shenron to be relevant but when she did, she grows and grows with a large bust to show everyone. After that, Launch punishes shenron by putting him in her large cleavage then kisses him. Shenron became in love and allow more power to flow in her. Launch grew bigger and stronger so much that she shove the earth, kisses it, then told everyone that she is the goddess now with shenron being the king.
