he was a evil human that killed to get money, but one day he tried to cut up Max for some quick cash. but Max manged to wound Billy by braking his arm with his fangs. but becouse Max did not kill him and Billy got away, Max jest made a new enemy.
Billy don’t have no cool werewolf nickname becouse he don’t won’t one, and never wonted to be a werewolf, but Nightsong tolled him if he kills the werewolf that bit him he could be a human aging. so he join Nightsongs pack to help kill Max.
