The Two Twilights _(20181022)
 
My contribution to “MLP’s 35th Anniversary Art Event” prompt. If I remember correctly you were supposed to draw at least one generation 4 character with at least one character from an earlier generation. Such challenges give me incentive to finally draw something again, the badge is nice too as reward.
 
I initially had three ideas but don’t ask me about the other two, I don’t remember those anymore.
 
Twilight (on the left, generation 1), the inspiration of Twilight Sparkle (on the right, generation 4).  
G1 ponies are generally more horse-like and the act of licking being a horsey thing, poor Sparkle has to endure it. She doesn’t want to upset her ancestor, though, a princess knows how to endure that. I heard that she tastes Twilicious.

I didn’t have time to colour it before the deadline because I got sick but I still did caught up on that afterwards.
