Gengar and Gardevoir from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red/Blue
Gengar feels remorse for being such a jerk and abandoning his partner. Gardevoir forgives him, but is unable to comfort him because she’s an ethereal being.
They’re actually in the same egg group…
….
Which brings up some issues because Gengar was her human trainer once… :/
