-I just sat there and let my fingers play that mellody. Song I felt I know for ages. Gentle sound of my flute was complemented by the soft murmur of splashing waves. That, together with water-filled breeze, was everything I heard at the moment. Then, words of the song started to appear in my mind.
“Life can be a challenge…”
Yeah, that’s true. At least for me it was. Sad, bittersweet tone of the instrument emoted that strange feeling perfectly.
I knew the break in our tour will end in couple of minutes and I should really go back to my group. I finished a few tones, stood up and turned my back to melting ice in the water and also all nature in the area. Civilization awaited me. -
