Description

Image I made for pokecommunity.com, basically an “overload” image for their use. It’s been a while since I tried coloring anything in this style.
I likened Porygon to a computer of some sort. It broke down for some reason. The Joltiks are eating its megahertz oh nooooo
Also, I think Joltik is now a definite favorite of mine. So cute. So small. So fuzzy.
