He’s a completely ordinary furry citizen that definitely has no light manipulation powers and no physical mutations like enlarged hand or footpaws. No, you are not allowed to ask this citizen to roll up his sweater sleeves, or see how wide his forearms are with a measuring tape. Also, this dog wears glasses. That is a completely different feature you would not see Parry do, and has no similarities to a certain famous superhero that also disguises himself with a pair of glasses. And no, you may not ask questions like why this citizen disappears whenever Parry is out and vice versa. Please do not bother random citizens you suspect of being superheroes or mutants.
