After all the events of Friendship is Magic, I think our favorite mares could use a nice, long deserved rest.
 
This has to have been the biggest project I have ever worked on and I’m glad to have it finished. I wanted to draw the older mane 6 snuggling up together under a tree and sleep as the sun sets behind them. You could say it takes place right after singing the finale song, as the sun sets behind them. I wanted to draw this piece up to test myself, to see if I could draw multiple characters in one picture, snuggled up close to each other.  
sizes may be a little off ( and maybe lighting), but all in good practice. In the end I’m pleased with the final result.
 
I think I need a rest after this one, but I hope you all like!
