Description

For all the folk beliefs in “haunted” forests, I feel the only thing that can make a forest feel truly haunted is human-caused destruction.
Inspired by the “Ghost Bear Family” BBC documentary and by the aesthetic of Japanese woodblock prints. This is the first large painting I managed in a long time as I’m aiming to resume gallery shows as soon as possible.
