Correct, the person who traced/made this art is and they are rotting in prison as far as I am aware too; they were also a stalker obsessing other both of age and underage animators from the Animation meme community. I feel like people have completely forgotten about him.

Oh god…I didn’t want to be reminded of this person from 4 years ago…
for context, they turned out to be a art tracer; aka all of their art is stolen/traced(They commonly traced Starriaat & Rossali.)
They became a absolute creep/predator that was known for stalking, sexualising and harassing younger members in the animation meme community, specifically one person for sure, aka Rossali. This at the end had resulted in him being arrested and facing court trials etc.
