GDI picked up a young pokemon from the Tiberium Wastelands. It was not of any type of pokemon the humans had ever seen so far in this world. When GDI returned to their base with the pokemon they ran some tests on it to see if it was infected with Tiberium and determine what it is. The Pokemon an genetic material simular to Eevee, indicating that it was an evolved state of Eevee. This now brought GDI’s data of Eevee Evolution to a count of 6 different forms. This pokemon held the element of Ice and named the pokemon spieces of this one, Glacia (no copyright intended for this story plot).
 
After GDI did some more testing they found that this Glacia was the only one so far on Tiberium Earth. GDI found that it was female and around the age of 12 years old in Eevee or Eevlution years. They also discovered that she wasn’t much of a fighter and if she was to live a long life in this world she would need some serious training. As a result of this, the Glacia was assigned to Nod-Flareon for combat trainging and specialised Beam Attack training. By Beam Attack Training, GDI wants Nod-Flareon to teach the Glacia his Cryo-Beam.
 
Nod-Flareon was kinda surprised to be assigned with a trainee such as the Glacia. Upon greeting each other, Nod-Flareon asked for the Glacia’s name and she replied saying her name is “Oxanna”. The name came to Nod-Flareon as a shock as he remembers a woman in the Blackhand of Nod with the name Oxanna too but this could be a coinsidence (spelling).
 
Oxanna is a cheerful girl, her main features that make her stand out are her near body length ears, pink bow on her tail and her red and black striped leg warmers. Oxanna is pretty tall for her age, she stands a couple of inches taller than Nod-Flareon.
 
Oxanna will become a top tighter against Tiberium as her Ice Powers will prove super affective against them as Tiberium is weak against Ice. GDI’s reason for having Oxanna learn Cryo-Beam is so she could destroy the sources of Tiberium Growth, the Blossom Trees and the Giant Blue Tiberium crystals that grows Blue Tiberium. When Cryo-Beam strikes its target, it is completely encased in ice and with a tiny hit will cause it to shatter, elliminating whatever was inside.
