It’s been awhile since I’ve done some Neopet fan art. Anyways this is Vira, one of the villains from Neopets.
Vira has been one of my favorite Neopet characters since I was a fan of Neopets, well I still am a fan. I wish she would be in some kind of
story plot in Neopets. Oh well, one can dream right? :) This drawing was a lot of fun to do, I love how I did the green smoke
on her eyes and the flower she’s holding.
