Description

Girafarig and Farigiraf
Hey everyone^^
Yay, finally I can show you a finished illustration again! This one was prepared right after the release of Girafarig’s evolution, Farigiraf, in the upcoming Pokémon Game^^ I just had to draw these two cuties together!
I wanted to finish it quite some time agao, but sadly things got in the way and I can only show it to you now! Apologies for that but hey, it was totally worth it! I am sooo happy with the outcome of this one, you can’t imagine how much I enjoyed working on this during MEX Berlin and at a Café afterwards!
The background was inspired by one of the screenshots from the trailer, where Farigiraf was located in a dessert like, rocky area with some boulders/rocks and even mountains in the background. I think I managed to capture that well! However, what I’m most happy with is the Colour Scheme! Blues and Oranges combined in this drawing bring up a great contras since they’re complementary colours, which means they are on the exact opposite of the colouring circle! Very cool^^
Enough said, I just really hope you enjoy the outcome of this piece and it can make you smile :D Please feel free to let me know what you think!
