the story of how Adolf & Dexter met

Snow covered Barbaria like a fresh dusting of powdered sugar on the banks of an Icy river. Children were playing a game of cowboys & Indians. after holy services that Saturday afternoon The frosty air was filled with the Sioux war cries and shouts of Bang!, Bang! you’re dead, among the cowboys & Indians was a young Jewish boy named Adolf .

he was sickly & frail, small for his age he walked with forarm crutches & wore metal frames that embraced his legs. Across the icy river another young boy named Dexter a small gray lynx kitten had sat on the other side of the river in a church yard observing the neighboring kids play for days Dexter was entertained with there games and fun.Adolf ran with determination with his German Shepard Blondie running beside him., desperately trying to keep up with his siblings racing among the galloping herd of children as Blondie ran ahead. Suddenly Adolf tripped and fell over the embankment., His crutches flew through the air as he broke through the thin sheet of ice. unable to swim due to the braces on his legs and the rivers raging currents. The frantic Adolf was swept down river towards certain death.

Help!, Mother!” Adolf frantically yelled.

Adolf ? Blondie turned her head. Adolf’s in the river.”

upon hearing her Boy’s cry for help Blondie barked loudly racing along side the river embankment with The other children in tow. At the same time Dexter whom had witnessed the incident across the river. leaped into icy river without hesitation & swam toward Adolf.

Adolf, I’m coming keep your head above the water.” Blondie Barked. leaping into the river.
Blondie, Blondie Please! Adolf choked as he desperately tried to swim. but to no avail. He cried for help.
Dexter had bravely navigated through the ice catching up to Adolf Dexter quickly plucked Adolf out of the water.
before the sight of the other kids.

“ Are you alright” ? Dexter asked a shaking & feeble Adolf.
Adolf Clinged to Dexter embracing his neck & back with his hands as Dexter made his way back to shore.

“ I think so?” Adolf answered with a cough his body soaked from the icy waters

Can you help me kick back. Dexter asked.

“No, I Can’t” Adolf quickly answered. “I have braces on my legs I can’t swim with them on.”

Don’t worry I’ll get us both back” By this time Dexter had seen Blondie approaching “Wait, there’s a dog coming, that your dog.? Dexter asked.

“Yes” Adolf cooed weakly

Dexter quickly grabbed on to Blondie’s harness. as the dog began to paddle back to the shore.

Hey Kid!, the other’s called to Dexter directing Blondie & the kitten towards them on the river bank. “ Over here!”

Isac instructed there sister Aria to fetch there mother. Aria quickly obliged & raced Back to the Synagogue to retrieve there mother who had been chatting with one of her childhood friends, Fern. Aria in panic quickly tugged on her mother’s dress to get her attention.

Mom, Mom, Aria shrieked.
Chilla looked down at her daughter.

Adolf Hitler fell in the river, Mama!”

“WHAT!” Chilla imminently raced out of the Temple following her daughter to the river.

Dexter Pulled Adolf to the shore a Chill had greatly come over him and Adolf quickly collapsed from exhaustion on the river’s edge as Dexter & the other kids lingered over him. Showering Dexter with gratitude over saving the life of there Friend & brother Adolf. it was then Dexter introduced himself praising the Heroes welcome before him.

Adolphus. Adolf.” a fear stricken chilla quickly kneeled down by her son’s side assessing a shivering Adolf

Oh, my poor Darling.”. a worried Chilla cried.. she quickly took her warm winter robes off & gently covered an icy cold Adolf. “ Mother” Adolf smiled peering up at his mother he was still shaking with chill.

“I’m right here my darling, your safe now.” Chilla scooped Adolf up in cradled arms. kissing his forehead gently.

I’m cold” Adolf cooed with a sneeze.

“Yes, I Know lets get you home & warm before you catch Pneumonia. Chilla softly assured.

Dexter saved me” Adolf told his mother

Really,? is that true did you save my precious darling from that icy river.” Chilla looked over at Dexter praising him. Dexter smiled.

“ Yes , of course it was nothing he would have done the same for me.” Dexter remarked

I Know he would” Chilla smiled. embracing Adolf tightly to her chest the boy still shivering with chill.

Dexter would later be proclaimed a hero by Chilla in the local newspaper of there town & the boy he saved that day would go on to become Dexter’s Best friend.
