Day Five: A pony enjoying your favorite food, or a pony family moment.
 
So I did both; pancakes at the Cheese and Pie household.
 
Experimenting with tones in Clip Studio; an easy way to get some visual variety instead of coloring. The time sink here was the details on the table and the plates. Very many times, I noticed that I was missing something important (forks for Cheese and Li’l, contents of the plates, Cheese’s shirt, etc), and I was very tempted to say “H*ck it,” and be done with it, but I had the time, so I kept adding in detail.
 
I like the scene I’ve got here, as this is a meal I’ve had with my own family the last thirty years (though sitting in Li’l Cheese’s chair).
