This fits because:  
-AJ and Dashie got rivalities, same for Robin and Cyborg.  
-Both Twilight and Raven are bookworms and also voiced by Tara Strong (Voice actor Joke LOL).  
-Starfire may not as quiet as Fluttershy, but what the two girls share in common is the easy love for animals, also hidden aggressive side if triggered.  
-Pinkie and Beast Boy are both hyperactive, no matter in playful or in serious mood.  
-Rainbow Dash and Cyborg both got high self-esteem or ego.  
-Rarity would be Terra, darn if only…. sobs both revolves around rocks, anyway.
