Forestdale Sketch Comic: City Nightmares
Not everyone has a happy childhood. This is a sad fact of life. Jake represents those who grew up experiencing bad homes and parents as well as those who were adopted as well. While we’ll only be giving hints of his past life, Jake was adopted when he was 8 and is currently happy with his new family. His past has seriously affected him, and he doesn’t like thinking about it. None of his friends know of his past, save that he was from the city before coming to Forestdale, and he prefers to keep it that way.
While Forestdale is going to have a lot of humor moments, we have to remember that not all of childhood is sunshine and rainbows. I’m sure we all had our serious moments in childhood that slowly formed us into who we are, and Forestdale will have those during series for all the characters.
