Contrary to what you may be thinking, Goey can make her slime as sticky and viscous as need be. She doesn’t even need much thigh pressure to keep Pikachu Libre in place.
And so her opponent will just stay harmlessly stuck until Goey decides to let her go. Luckily the crowd seems to be enjoying the show!
