My last minute entry for the mother’s day spitfire contest over at the :icondisney-club:

Last minute as in there’s only about an hour and a half left, hahah. But anyway, I’ve been wanting to draw Dumbo for my little kiddie series for a while now, so I thought I could kill two birds with one stone in this case. :eyes: I did think of doing a fuller piece for the contest (meaning, not a scribbly portrait), but I’ve been busy this week building up stock for my comic ( [link] ). Ah, well.

The amazing thing about Dumbo? It’s only about an hour long, Dumbo never speaks, and yet I get weepy every time I watch it. sniff There’s so much feeling packed in there! It’s beautiful.
