Breaking Through(Practice #1)

This is the first time I upload my practice works here.

I want to give myself more chances to make up a relatively well-arranged scene. Not for training the speed but for finding the feeling of “the whole”.

I will head back to school tomorrow and this messed my mind a bit, which made me cannot concentrate on making a new pic. And I thought, “How about this, I give up painting something complicated.” I wonder what will turn out if I paint with such minds like “I don’t want this to be well done” or “Don’t detailed this place”…

So here it is. In this pic, I don’t pay much attention on the anatomy or color choosing as I usually do. I allowed myself to make mistakes on some places. What I focus is to build up the atmosphere of the composition.

It’s not so great honestly, but it’s a worthy try.
Hope I can find new breakthrough with this beginning in the near future.
