Honestly, a few reasons.
  1. Low effort. It’s just a rough outline, with no attempts at shading or coloring. Putting more effort into your work would show others you’re trying.
  2. Bad anatomy. While I see you’re clearly learning, and that’s ok, it compounds the first point. The facial expression shows promise.
  3. MS Paint. I know that’s probably you’re only tool, and that sucks, it has a bad reputation.
Basically, keep practicing. Everyone starts somewhere.
