Description

I’ve been designing a ton of members of Aether’s race, lately, which is a lot of fun!  It’s been very relaxing not to have to worry too much about dynamic poses.  Just pure, unbridled channeling of benevolence and beatific expressions.
This guy sounds like the cookie monster.  Hence, the name of the title.  However, he is more articulate.
Otherwise, I have no idea who he is, or if he’d ever play a role in Aether’s story.  Still, I had a blast designing this!
