Description
For those who don’t know, in the anime Hämsterviel genetically altered some experiments with the purpose of putting them under his command, and increasing their ability’s effectiveness. So I did Sparky, since he was never transmutated. Since there is usually also a visual difference in the experiment, I added a “+” and “-“ on the antenna. Maybe Hämsterviel gave him some powers involving magnetism? Dunno, sorry for the bad drawing
