Description
Around near to the time that Greg and I ended up moving to different projects, I became absolutely obsessed with his Anubian Jackal girl, Seshen, and so of course I wanted to make an alternate universe/alternate history version of Roland to go do some “passionate hugging” with her.
Given my own French heritage, and my then obsession with Rome: Total War, we went with her being in the New Kingdom period, and Roland being a Gallic mercenary making his way East and South for adventure and historical inaccuracy. Just like Conan the Barbarian, which I was also way too into at the time.
Sadly this sketch and some basic e-mails/outlines is as far as it got. Maybe I should return to it someday?
