Backstory: Created in a lab, she grew up not knowing any contact, human or otherwise. She was always heavily sedated in her tube, never truly conscious. When she finally woke up, she was in a strange dimension. She was raised by the creator of all Pokémon, Arceus himself. He taught her right and wrong, how to use her powers. He also taught her the simple things in life, different kinds of food, interacting with other Pokémon, human and Pokémon history, even mathematics. After a while, Arceus felt like she was ready. He told her to wait there and he left. She waited for what felt like forever, until someone arrived. It was a human girl. The human caught her in a Master Ball and named her Monique. She battled powerful trainers and villains and was an invaluable member. Monique has learned more about the world and is thankful to Arceus for her new life.

Quirk(s): Uses her psychic abilities on her trainer to make her buy makeup and jewelry. She sparkles because she uses body glitter. Loves thoughtful debates. Has no idea how old she is; when asked, she just answers “Well I’m older than you.” Wears a collar; the tag has her name on the front. The back says “If found, please call 555-406-8892” Sometimes replaces her tongue stud with a gage.

Secrets: Monique isn’t sure how she met Arceus. Was she teleported? Is this a dream? Was that a dream? Did she die? / She is at least over thirty years old, acts like a teenager./ Loves to sit in boxes
Relationships: Monique loves making friends with the oddballs and outcasts. Garadé was the most obvious outcast there. Garadé was understandably nervous about a punky green legend that insisted they were friends now, but she soon grew to love the spunky girl. They spend time chatting and doing girl stuff, like gossiping and makeovers. They also have a mini book club that includes a few other Pokémon, including Illusion. Monique and Illusion love pulling pranks together. They often spar together and are great rivals and friends. Monique is close enough with Illusion and Garadé that she knows that they both like each-other. The problem is, she doesn’t know how to play cupid too well.
