The artist’s words: “This drawing came as a result of an au/mod idea me and a friend had for NITW. We thought “what if Mae was fatter in night in the woods?” And this drawing was born. Here’s what we came up with:

So basically, rather than her normal size she’s this fat but the game mechanics are different. If you push the left or right stick too far for too long she gets tired out and has to take a break. And she’s so big due to stress eating and impulsive eating, being able to eat multiple pizza pies at a time. She’s large enough to snap the telephone wires and prolly gets stuck in the booths at the clik clak. As you can also see, her shirt doesn’t fit either and for the idle animation she’d prolly tug on her shirt. She also can’t jump as high or double jump. She weighs down Gregg’s bike, she broke her bed, and her bass just rests on her belly cuz she’s so chubby.”
