15: Basil of Baker Street from The Great Mouse Detective (Since I drew Ratigan I had to draw Basil too.)
Hardly needs a presentation, since he’s the Sherlock Holmes of the mouse world. One of my favorite Disney heroes. I just love eccentric characters with not so very good people skills. Characters who can be jerks sometimes, but who don’t lack empathy and usually realize when they have gone too far (or when other people tell them they have gone too far).
