I can’t believe I haven’t posted this OC yet.

This is Rayna Noble, an anthro Latios. While Latios are male at birth, Rayna has gone through HRT and surgery to reflect who she truly is. As a result, her psychic powers were rewired, but she can’t fly normally for too long. Fortunately, she has a solution, which I will get to in a bit.

Rayna has numerous psychic abilities, even beyond those of a normal Latios. She can imprint ideas into someone’s subconscious, and it’ll act like any other thought, the person being able to shrug it off or act on it. She has telepathic powers, like Sight Sharing, but she can also use this to enter others’ dreams or bring them into her own, having full control over any dream she’s in. She also has hyperthymesia, a perfect photographic memory, allowing her to recall absolutely anything she’s seen. She can also use psychic abilities people IRL claim to have (and in the cases of some abilities, actually do have), such as astral projection, tulpamancy, and lucid dreaming. Of course, she has traditional Latios abilities too, such as incredible running speeds, Sight Sharing, light refraction illusions, and the whole moveset. Her moves are Dragon Dance, Telekinesis, Luster Purge, and Power Split.

Rayna’s hyperthymesia lends itself well to her favorite hobby: telling stories! Every story she hears or reads is stored in her mind, and she’ll gladly share her tales with you if you ask. Her favorites are the Norse myths, as they show a more human side to the forces of nature and are just plain hilarious at times. She also is a remarkable dancer, earning a large amount of her money through competitive dance.

Of course, it’s now time to get to the main event: the juicy NSFW info! Rayna, as mentioned before, can’t fly with the Levitate ability. However, another genetic defect allows her body to alchemically transform carbon dioxide into helium. When she inhales more than her lungs can hold, the carbon dioxide is converted to helium and stored in any part of her body. This allows her to float through the sky, as if suspended by a bunch of balloons (or as if she was the balloon herself, in the case of full-body inflation). She is also able to use a type of magic called lactomancy, allowing her to control milk production speed, release rate, flavor, viscosity, temperature, and weight.

(Additional note: she can and will try to flirt with any Lucarios. They’re kind of a weakness of hers.)
