As saffus listened to Kieth’s plan for her survival, removal, and protection, she couldn’t help but feel contempt and anger at these few humans that sat before her. These were the owners of the zoo, and it would have been by their hands that she be killed meaninglessly, why shouldn’t she just kill them?

Almost as if on cue to this thought Kieth placed a hand gently on her head, she looked up and saw him glance down at her then back to the three owners.

“As you can see, I told Saffus your original plan and she’s not pleased with any of you, it would be in your best interests not to anger her further, words only go so far with dealing with predators…don’t they Saffus?” she snarled low as an answer, feeling a small sense of pleasure as the three humans immediately radiated fear from their ever pore.
The tallest of them, who sat at the end of the table cleared his throat and clasped his hands together before speaking.

“S-so your going to purchase Saffus and keep her on your estate then MR. kieth? can we assume then you have the adequate equipment to handle such a creature?” Kieth pushed his shades back to the top of his nose bridge and grinned calmly,
“I wouldn’t be standing next to her if I didn’t sir. Saffus will have seventy three acres to roam on, wild prey to hunt, and the best vet around if she is ill, i will personally make sure she neither wanders off property or harms other and IF such a situation occurs…” he merely patted Saffus head firmly, she flattened her ears but budged no further,

“She’s been told the consequences.” Seeming to understand how prepared the young millionaire was, the three agreed and the deal was sealed… Saffus was free of the zoo…but now what was in store for her at her master’s home?
