Dear OP:
It would be enormously helpful if you would create an artist tag for yourself. If you create a profile and send me a Personal Message I will help you get set up. This will help others identify your works, and will help people filter them if they would like. This will prevent the downvotes you are receiving.
Your tagging is also a problem. It is causing people who follow specific topics to see images unrelated to what they like.
For example, there is no character scroto in The Lion King, Warrior Cats, the Strong Hearts Are Mandatory series, or My Little Pony. So there is no reason for those tags or for the disney or hasbro tags. Including them will cause people who do want to see characters from that series to find your grimdark art and that definitely can be a source of downvotes.
If your scroto character is an oc, then please tag it as oc only and oc:scroto, so that people know you’re not trying to draw a canon character from one of the many franchises that you listed.
More importantly, this image shows death and blood. Please always ensure that you tag those elements on images so that other users of the site who want to avoid those themes can do so.
