I was in a particular mood one day and wanted to draw an angry character, and Loona easily fits the bill. I also have wanted to draw her with glowing eyes ever since I saw a picture on her official Instagram that depicted it (this version also depicts her dress that she wore in that picture). This pic took longer to make than I care to admit (particularly the BG) but I had fun and learned some new things in the process. I like the more three-dimensional feel to it, compared to my typical stuff.
