Sketched and then colored in SAI using a WACOM tablet. With each step, flames spring up anew, but Fennekin never pauses in her dance. Death is an inexorable part of life. This land will be pure once again.
This was originally just a fun bit of line art that I (roughly) colored as a test for my previous Fennekin post (hence the identical color scheme and nearly identical background), but I decided to complete the coloring job since I think the composition actually works better and the proportions are a bit more on-model (the expression is also cuter, if somewhat inappropriate).
